The details of all the rides on offer, will be shared on our Spond account and include the route, start location, distance, duration, amount of climbing, number of breaks and the difficulty level as per the table above.
All rides are planned and led by an experienced member of the club. This means you may turn up and follow the leader.
However, if you do wish to navigate yourself, as a general rule, the routes are created and available through the club's RideWithGPS account.

Frequently Asked Questions
I'm looking for a Cycling Club near me, where is CycleOut based?
Most, but not all of us live in London.
Day rides usually start at a rail station so that it is easy for members based across the city to join.
When we go out into the country, we take a train into the Home Counties, cycle a circular route, returning home by train.
What sort of Cycling do you do?
We provide RIDES for EVERYONE and EVERY ABILITY. Mostly it is road riding, but some gravel and mountain too. Mainly at weekends,
our rides usually last 3 to 6 hours over distances of anywhere from 30 to 100 km, with stops for coffee and lunch.
What kind of bike do I need?
For the most part, we do road cycling so a road bike or hybrid works best. Having said that we do some off-road rides which may better suit a gravel or mountain bike.
How many members do you have?
At the moment we have about 250 members.
Am I fit enough?
You do need to be in relatively good shape and be able to ride a bike for about 30 km. We cater for all types of riders and we classify every ride according to distance, difficulty, and duration. Check out the Rides page to see the colour coding table.
